In these days of back to school, our lives can feel so very hectic. School drop-offs and pick-ups, dance classes, homework, groceries, work…and that's just on Tuesday!

It can be hard to keep an eye on my health and wellness, so I was interested to look at My Well-Being. This is a website made to help you check how you are doing in the areas of health, money, relationships and down time.

When I first signed in to the site, I was surprised to see that I was offered a FREE Dummies book! Very cool for a free website.

I then filled out a questionaire about my life, which helps the site bring customized articles and information to my main page. Here's a brief video on the site and how it works:

About MyWell-Being from mywell-being on Vimeo.

I'm impressed with the quality of the article on the site. For example, I just read one about honey, and it has a questionaire to ask your local beekeeper so you can purchase quality, local honey – things I never even thought I should ask.

There's also a function on the site to save the articles you like so you can go back to them easily. They even have some games to play (to keep your mind sharp, of course).

I'm looking forward to checking this site regularly to see what new articles and information they have available. I'm always looking for tips and ways to make my life more meaningful and managed, and this site definitely helps with all of that.

I like local honey. I’ve been trying a home cure for pollen allergies using local honey and stinging nettle tea. I think it helps a little. My well being sounds like a good resource.

You’ll have to keep me updated on the allergy thing – my daughter and I have terrible allergies, and I’ve heard of using local honey before…
